Review by hotel critic
Nestled on the outskirts of quaint Carolinensiel, Doan effortlessly merges coziness with convenience. During our family getaway, we relished the short strolls to explore the village's hidden gems, all easily accessible from the hotel's prime location. Parking was a breeze, allowing us to shift our focus to the plethora of activities in the vicinity. Horse riding, a personal favorite of ours, added a touch of rural charm to our urban escape. The breakfast spread catered well to our diverse tastes, ensuring everyone left the table satisfied and energized for the day ahead. While the cobwebs outdoors hinted at the hotel's rustic charm, the welcoming atmosphere overshadowed any minor imperfections. Doan delivered a family-friendly experience that effortlessly wove relaxation and exploration into our stay. As a photographer captivated by blending history with modernity, Doan's subtle nods to both left me pleasantly immersed. A memorable retreat for families seeking a snug haven in Berlin's cultural tapestry.
